1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Zafit AI, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Zafit AI is — and isn't
Zafit AI is a wellness and decision-support tool. It's not a medical device, not a substitute for a clinician, and does not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions. Anything urgent or unusual — call your doctor or local emergency services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm you meet this age requirement.
4. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
- One account per person.
- You may delete your account anytime — every row of your data is removed.
5. Subscriptions & billing
- Free tier is available forever, with a limited feature set.
- Pro and Premium are billed monthly or yearly via Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe.
- Trials, where offered, convert automatically unless you cancel before they end.
- Refunds follow the policy of the platform you bought through (App Store / Play Store / Stripe).
- You can cancel inside the app at any time — your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or other users' data.
- Use Zafit AI to harm yourself or others.
- Submit content that's illegal, infringes someone's rights, or contains malware.
- Try to bypass authentication, rate limits, or feature gates.
7. Your content
The data you submit (photos, logs, journal entries) belongs to you. You grant Zafit AI a limited license only to store and process your data so the product can work for you. We don't license your data to anyone else.
8. AI outputs
Zafit AI uses third-party AI models to generate insights, plans, and replies. AI outputs may contain errors. Don't rely on them for diagnostic or emergency decisions. We're not liable for damages arising from your use of AI outputs.
9. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Zafit AI you accept that policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zafit AI disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zafit AI's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) $25 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Zafit AI is incorporated. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in that country.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes get an in-app notice and the date at the top of this page changes.
