Who we are
Zafit AI is operated by Abhishek Sivaraman, founder. Contact: zafitai1234@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account data: phone number, email, or social-login subject ID — whichever method you use to sign up.
- Profile data you enter: sex at birth, height, weight, conditions, medications, allergies, primary goal, fitness level. All optional. Skip anything you don't want to share.
- Health logs you create: meals, workouts, body scans, skin scans, blood-work, sleep, mental check-ins, journal entries, voice consult transcripts.
- Usage telemetry (minimal): request timestamps and error events for keeping the service reliable. No third-party analytics on health screens.
What we DON'T collect
- Location, contacts, photos outside scans you submit, or background activity.
- Identifiers we sell to ad networks. We don't sell anything to anyone.
- Your face for biometrics. Skin scans are processed and the source image can be deleted.
How your data is stored
- Encrypted at rest in our PostgreSQL database (TLS to disk, encrypted backups).
- Encrypted in transit via HTTPS / TLS 1.2+.
- Hosted on a single dedicated server we control. No third-party data warehouses, no Snowflake, no BigQuery.
Who can see your data
- You. Always. Inside the app and via export.
- Our AI provider processes prompts you send (chat questions, scan images). Per our provider.s published API policy, paid API content is not used to train models. We don't include identifiers in prompts.
- That's it. No advertisers. No data brokers. No "anonymized analytics" sold to anyone.
Your rights
- Export your full record at any time from inside the app.
- Delete your account and every row it owns in one tap (cascades cleanly).
- Correct anything wrong by editing in the app or emailing us.
- Object to any specific processing — email zafitai1234@gmail.com.
Cookies & tracking
The website uses no third-party tracking cookies. The mobile app uses no third-party SDKs that fingerprint or track. There is no Facebook SDK, no AppsFlyer, no Adjust.
Children
Zafit AI is intended for users 16 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We'll notify you in-app and update the date at the top of this page. Material changes get a clear in-app notice.
